1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been approved.
If a membership application is rejected by the Association, the membership fee will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
Duplicate payments or failed transactions will be refunded after verification.

2. Event Registration

Cancellation requests for events must be submitted in writing.

Requests received 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of applicable administrative charges.
Refunds cannot be guaranteed for cancellations received within 7 days of the event unless the event itself is cancelled.

3. Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorships and voluntary contributions made to support Association activities are considered non-refundable.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If you experience:

Failed transactions
Duplicate payments
Incorrect payment deductions
